Everybody blamed the Guild's lack of tempo this time (didn't see a patrol would come, hahaha) BUT Mattiston's father made a bit of an enquiry and found that the Guild couldn't break the locker cause he was of unexpected quality. He then found me, the locksmith, and began to work with me "privately" (going by my guild but wanting me to do all the stuff he asked for, etc.).

Thinking out loud, here, so what do you think?

@Felondra: no, no Spanish accent (especially not while trying to speak English! 'XD). I don't know the Forgotten Realms, so I don't imagine my character as hispanic in culture or way of talking. I was just trying to express his musketeer-ish hot temper (drinks, laughs, fights, courts, acts (as what he sees) honorable) though I don't forget his of noble education, plus his "dark bad boy" good looks. n_n
Fun fact one: about the family name, it is an anagram of Montoya, as Inigo was one of the inspiration for my character (not the face! Not the haircut! Not the mustache!). Among others.

As you're old (for human standards ^^), you might have known him since his youth, for so many reasons. At that time he didn't live in the upper city.
Or you might have known him when he was already a noble, though I wasn't born yet, because as his school was growing fast in demand (at that time... T_T) he was looking for some some of automated "punching bags" (or I should say "fencing bag"), something like that, but automated, for having newest students practices basic moves. So he went to the Tinker Guild and was directed towards you. You could feel the passion in his words, he knew nothing about tinkers but he had lots of ideas that sparkled you creativity and you wanted to work on. This grew into a deeper friendship and I saw you quite regularly in our house, as I grew up. Your automated dummy fencing partners still gather dust behind the school closed doors...
By the way, I think I call you "uncle Zgryble" or uncle (or nunky! XD), don't you think?

I've found some good picturesfor my character (not what I pictured first, but I had to do with what internet gave me, and know I like it! ♥). n_n

Before i try to find the time to read a 14 page thread, could I still join?

only 8 pages to go and you'll have taken over the Ruins of Engorath even before the first session !

We are chatty people. (Especially Kami and Fel). And we are essentially doing the first session via the forum.

I'm interested in practising English. Is it a kind of D&G?
Is it saturday evening? I can't the afternoon.
Also, I'm a little new in role play so...

R: D&G? Dungeons and ????? It's basicall Lord of the Rings, Hobbits... Annnnnd it's that... fantasy world with elves, dwarves, orcs, demons etc...

A: Yes, you CAN make the character on the day, but i really prefer if you do it before... Why? 1 - So we have more time playing... 2 - So that you can make the right character for you, the one you gonna be really proud of... IF you need help creating one we'll help you step by step.

R: I agree fully, Ill put a brief summary on the first page. And as you three have worked hard in the last 15 pages, nothing fairer than you were the founders of the "adventurers guild", the other players will be the first employees / mercenaries / members of the guild (OR what you decide, or they think fairer). So, what has been written to date does not need to be redone.
Update... Just did it, if you guys think i forgot about something, or want to add something of importance please tell me.

Hi everyone, new comers. n_n

I totally understand that you don't want to read 15 pages.
However, I do recommend that you get a real good view of what we built here (for us as well, it's been 15 pages!), so you can get the feeling we put into it, and then you can think of a character that will fit in the trip. ^^
We all want to avoid ending up with a group like:
CP1: I'm an elf who deeply hates all the dwarves.
CP2: I'm a dwarf with a deep vivid hate of all elves.
CP3: I'm a loyal good paladin who'll slay every demon or demonic thing he lays his eyes on.
CP4: I'm a chaotic evil thieffling (demon looking race) who just lives for raping murdering and pillaging.
DM: ... T_T

Tomorrow I'll make a clear and easy to read synthesis of all the info you need to know on the guild (it's how and why), and our 3 characters (from RP point of view and from technical/tactical point of view).

The first game is 19/03 so if you don't mind waiting one more day before thinking of your character, I'm sure all the fun and mind-blowing excellent ideas we came up with will give you a massive shot of inspiration for colorful characters! n_n

@Mister23: thanks for what you said about liking and giving back. As we're the same, this will just make a virtuous circle! ;P

Also, we need a bard. Because bards are great to get famous. And they have acess to the spell sleep. Just saying...

I've just realise sth. the 19/03, it is at 3 pm, but after that day, I can't before 5 PM. Would it be possible for everyone at 5 PM?
